Your stronger than you know!
Praying for them,those and they!
Who started the duck face movement? I have often wondered so I decided to google it and this is what I found.
Duck face is a trend of photographic pose, which is well known on profile pictures in social networks. Lips are pressed together as in a pout and often with simultaneously sucked cheeks. The pose is most often seen as an attempt to appear alluring, but also as a self-deprecating, ironic gesture making fun of the pose. It may be associated with sympathy, attractiveness, friendliness or stupidity.
A 2015 study found that people posting duck face pictures are more likely to be associated with neuroticism. Neuroticism is one of the Big Five higher-order personality traits in the study of psychology. Individuals who score high on neuroticism are more likely than average to be moody and to experience such feelings as anxiety, worry, fear, anger, frustration, envy, jealousy, guilt, depressed mood, and loneliness. People who are neurotic respond worse to stressors and are more likely to interpret ordinary situations as threatening and minor frustrations as hopelessly difficult. They are often self-conscious and shy, and they may have trouble controlling urges and delaying gratification.
People with high neuroticism indexes are at risk for the development and onset of common mental disorders, such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance use disorder, symptoms of which had traditionally been called neuroses.
I thought this was funny! Think twice before you pucker your lips up!
Just for fun, if you have a duckface photo please post.

When my peace escapes me my mind wonders. Wonders if I will every have peace again, wonders if I’m losing my mind, wonders will I make it though the day or the night without falling apart. What did I do to deserve this? I call my best friend to get encouragement and we talk, but I still feel the same, I still have no peace. I would do anything to get my peace back. As I sit quietly, God reminds me who I am. You are my child (Acts 17:28) You are marvelously and wonderfully made.(Psalm 139:14) I am your greatest encourager. (2 Thessalonians 2:16-17) I am also the Father who comforts you in all your troubles. (2Corinthians 1:3-4).
Depression and loneliness is real, many have committed suicide this year, I want to encourage someone today, stay strong God has you!
